Why choose light duty gantry crane?
If the lifting duty is not heavy, it is better to choose light duty crane, like 4 ton gantry crane, 6 ton gantry crane.
For safety, light duty crane has small size, light weight and compact structure, which makes it very easy and safe to operate.
For the cost, light small crane is much cheaper than heavy duty large crane. Small crane has less maintenance and cost less.
The reason of electric motor’s phase-lacking
First, the contacting point of the contactor starts frequently and burns out. The deformation of contacting plate spring and contacting plastic can lead contacting point incorrect position and cause phase-lacking.
Second, the fuse is too small, the temperature is too high, these two factors cause the fuse burned out and phase-lacking.
Third, power supply has poor contact.
Fourth, motor-in line has bad contact.
