First, when cutting out the wire rope, it is necessary to tie up thin wire rope on the sides of truncated place to avoid loose. The strapping length should be more than five times of wire rope’s diameter.
Second, when arranging the wire rope, not making wire rope a twisted kink, hard bending, flatting, roughed. A roll of wire rope should roll or hung and revolve. This can make wire rope flat.
Third, whatever ways to fix the wire rope, rope head must be fixed firmly. All connecting bolts should be installed with locking device. And the technology department should check them carefully.
Fourth, before installing the pulley, just check its flexibility. For pulley that can’t work smoothly, disassemble it, clean it and check carefully, still not flexible, just change a new one.
